Functionality

What DINO does

01

F&B billing

Dine-in, takeaway and delivery billing with table-wise bills, split bills and GST-compliant invoices - built for the pace of a full section on a Friday night. Explore →

02

KOT - kitchen order tickets

Orders route from the counter or table straight to the kitchen as KOTs - itemised, timed and tied to the table, with no runner slips to lose. Explore →

03

KDS - kitchen display system

Screens in the kitchen replace paper tickets: incoming orders queue up live, cooks mark dishes as they go and the front of house sees what’s ready. Explore →

04

Recipe management

Every dish carries its recipe - when it sells, ingredient stock deducts automatically, and you see the food cost of each item on the menu. Explore →

05

Ingredient-level inventory

Stock is tracked at ingredient level across the kitchen and store - purchases, consumption and wastage, so shrinkage shows up in numbers, not surprises. Explore →

06

QR menu & table ordering

Customers scan a QR at the table, browse the menu on their phone and place the order themselves - it lands as a KOT like any other order. Explore →

07

EDC integration

Card machines integrate with billing, so the amount goes straight to the terminal and payment reconciles against the bill - no re-keying at the counter. Explore →

08

F&B analytics

Dish-level performance, day-part sales and outlet comparison - see what the menu earns, not just what it sells. Explore →

09

ERP integration

Sales, purchase and inventory data flow into your ERP or accounting system, keeping the back office in sync without manual exports. Explore →

Outcomes

What changes in the restaurant

Orders reach the kitchen instantly

No hand-carried slips, no misread handwriting - the KOT is in the kitchen before the waiter leaves the table.

Faster fire, fewer errors.

Food cost stops being a guess

Recipe-level costing shows the margin on every dish, so menu and pricing decisions run on numbers.

Costing per dish.

Tables turn faster

QR ordering and kitchen screens compress the order-to-serve cycle - the same section serves more covers.

More covers, same floor.

The back office stays in sync

ERP integration means accounts and stock reconcile from live data, not month-end spreadsheet work.

Books that match the kitchen.

Questions, answered.

What is DINO and who is it for?

DINO is NukkadShops’ F&B-focused POS product - built for restaurants, cafés, QSRs, cloud kitchens and food courts. It covers billing, KOT, kitchen display screens, recipe-level inventory, QR ordering, EDC payments, analytics and ERP integration.

How is DINO different from the NukkadShops retail POS?

DINO is designed around food service: kitchen workflows (KOT and KDS), recipe and ingredient management, table and QR ordering. The retail platform is built around shelf-and-barcode retail. Both come from NukkadShops.

How does recipe management work?

Each dish is defined by its recipe. When a dish is billed, its ingredients deduct from stock automatically - giving you live ingredient inventory and per-dish food cost.

Does DINO support a kitchen display system (KDS)?

Yes. Kitchen screens show incoming KOTs live - cooks work off the display, mark dishes as prepared, and the counter sees order status without walking to the kitchen.

Can customers order from the table using a QR code?

Yes. Customers scan the table QR, browse the digital menu on their phone and place orders directly - the order reaches the kitchen as a normal KOT.

Does DINO integrate with card machines and ERP systems?

Yes. EDC integration sends the bill amount to the card terminal and reconciles the payment automatically, and ERP integration keeps sales, purchases and inventory flowing into your accounting system.
