In order to ensure compliance with the applicable laws, the Company has adopted this Privacy Policy, which specifies the manner in which personal data and other information is collected, received, stored, processed, used, disclosed and handled by the Company. This Privacy Policy does not apply to any information that You provide to or is collected by any third party through the Nukkad Shops Software.

In order to enhance Your experience and improve our Services, the Company collects information about You from two sources: (a) information that You affirmatively provide to us; and (b) information automatically collected when You visit the Nukkad Shops Software.

The Company stores and maintains the required master and transaction data and other data in your user account on our cloud. Data in your account is automatically archived after 6 months of your account deletion and permanently deleted from the archive after a further 6 months. The Company collects information including but not limited to Your name, email address, mobile and/or telephone numbers, and company name.

Use of Information

The Company processes the Personal information to provide a seamless, efficient and customized experience including:

To provide, develop and improve the Services and customize your experience
To maintain, provide or protect your account on the platform
To communicate with You regarding your account and service-related information
