Job Description
Field Support Executive
We are seeking a dynamic and proactive Field Support Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate should possess a passion for technology and customer service, with a focus on delivering exceptional support in on-site Point-of-Sale (POS) installations and software implementations.
Job Location:Delhi, Hyderabad, Bangalore & Mumbai
Internship duration:6months. Will be converted to full time based on performance.(99% conversion rate)
Stipend:18K
Role & Responsibilities
  • Conduct on-site POS installations with precision and efficiency, ensuring adherence to installation standards and protocols
  • Proficiently install and configure relevant product software (APK) on deployed hardware, ensuring seamless functionality.
  • Provide comprehensive training sessions to clients and their staff on the usage and maintenance of installed products, ensuring maximum utilization and satisfaction.
  • Perform basic on-site troubleshooting and issue resolution for our product range, addressing customer concerns promptly and effectively.
  • Achieve daily targets for hardware installations, ensuring timely completion and quality assurance.
  • Responsibly handle and resolve customer queries on-site and via phone or email, maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Generate daily reports on installation progress, training activities, and service query resolutions using email, phone, and CRM tools.
  • Attend all scheduled classroom and online training sessions on new product features and developments organized by the organization.
  • Collaborate with the team to achieve organizational goals related to Net Promoter Score (NPS) and Customer Satisfaction (C-SAT).

Qualification and Requirements
