Job Description
Direct Sales Executive (Full-Time)
Job Location: Pune, Bangalore, Chitoor, Cochin.
Experience: 0-3 Years
Roles
Identify major customers in retail and hospitality business and develop them as KEY Accounts. Such customers include a chain of supermarkets.
Identify the right distributors/dealers/ network partner.
Map the territory thoroughly for potential customers
Demonstrate the product features and close the sales.
Effective execution of primary sales planning sales tool
Maintain knowledge on all competitor products and services and analyze all advantages and disadvantages for various products.
Responsibilities include
Monitor all customer queries and ensure timely response to all issues.
Coordinate with customers and services and detail quote for all required information.
Maintain and update knowledge on all company products and services.
Ensure optimal utilization of all sales tools and resources.
Documents and maintain all records of sales activities and provide updates as per requirement.
Manage various documents for all sales sources efficiently.
Administer all underwriting process and maintain records for same.
Participate in all department meetings and provide training for same.
Desired Skills
Positive attitude and good communication skills
Knowledge of hospitality industry
Knowledge of local market
Ability to work under pressure and self motivated
Prior experience in a sales role in the hospitality industry, with a proven track record to close a deal
Flexibility to respond to a range of different work situations
Commitment to delivering a high level of customer service
